Description (Service)

Community based support to individuals and their families who are living with the ongoing effects of an acquired brain injury (ABI)

rehabilitation services are based on each person's specific needs as identified by the individual and their support network
program components are delivered through one on one support or group activities and may include:
- Brain Injury Education
- Family Support and Education
- Cognitive Rehabilitation
- Community Integration
- Resource and Referral service

Member of the North Simcoe Muskoka Acquired Brain Injury Collaborative (NSMABIC) and the Provincial Acquired Brain Injury Network (PABIN)

Eligibility	Age Requirements: 16 year(s) and up Residents of District of Muskoka whose primary diagnosis is acquired brain injury and who are living with its on-going effects
