Healthy Babies Healthy Children is a free, voluntary home visiting program for expectant parents and families with children from birth up to transition to school.

A public health nurse and a parent resource visitor will help answer your questions, provide support and offer information in your home. We are here to support you with prenatal health, infant feeding support, healthy growth and development, positive parenting, school readiness and support to access community programs. There is no cost to the program and participation is voluntary.

Available to residents across Huron and Perth counties, including Stratford and St. Marys.
